Seriously, these two are awesome kids. They are busting at the seams with personality — no wonder they both have budding acting careers! I’ve been photographing them now since 2011, and have fun every time I see them and their parents. This is one of those sessions that just doesn’t feel like work, because we are just having a good time and laughing pretty much every minute.
We did these photos up at the family lake house, just before they closed up for the season, but we still had plenty of Fall color in this beautiful spot!

Um, so right before this picture was taken one of the boys stepped on dad’s finger and broke it. Yes, broke it. And he went on with the rest of the session believe it or not (and didn’t tell us until after I snapped this that it actually even hurt!)
We took a little break to play on the bocce court.
