Now is the perfect time to blog this engagement session from last winter, because these two are getting married this weekend in Virginia! Courtney and Ian were so much fun and so easy to work with — I can’t wait to hear about the wedding. Courtney is originally from this area, and contacted me because she had her heart set on a New England Winter engagement session while she and Ian were up here visiting family. They were really hoping for snow to be a part of the shoot, and we were starting to worry that Mother Nature wouldn’t cooperate — if you remember we didn’t get much snow last Winter! Fortunately we got a dusting just before the session, so at least we had a little bit of a winter feel. And the Stevens Coolidge Place was a beautiful setting as it is during every season.
Courtney did an awesome job of choosing a wardrobe for the session and I loved that she worked in pops of color and fun accessories. Not surprising, because she is a Trunk Club Stylist and an expert at this!
These two thought of everything!
